No documento a PGFN reafirma os termos da decis\u00e3o proferida pela Corte e orienta a Receita Federal do Brasil que obste qualquer autua\u00e7\u00e3o sobre esse tema bem como revise de of\u00edcio os lan\u00e7amentos efetuados, garantindo aos contribuintes o direito de reaver os valores indevidamente pagos. No mesmo sentido destaca que o ICMS a ser exclu\u00eddo \u00e9 o destacado em nota fiscal e que tal exclus\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser realizada ap\u00f3s 15\/03\/2017, respeitada as a\u00e7\u00f5es
