Experience
Caio began his journey in business law in 2011 as an intern. He interned and practiced law at Marins Bertoldi until 2015, when he was invited to join a large insurance group to assist with national and international corporate operations.
In 2017, he completed his professional master’s degree at USC, California, USA, in Business Law, where he deepened his studies in the startup and venture capital markets.
In 2017, he joined a boutique law firm where he led M&A operations, incorporated new companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom, and participated in debt restructuring projects and competition law processes.
