Fernanda Derenievicki Tossulino began her career in tax law during her undergraduate studies through an internship at a large law firm in Curitiba, PR, where she continued as an attorney after graduation.

She has exclusively practiced tax law, gaining experience in both contentious and advisory areas, focusing on handling cases, developing legal theories, and preparing defenses and appeals in judicial and administrative spheres.

Academically, Fernanda has participated in numerous advanced courses and obtained a Specialist title in Tax Law through a postgraduate program at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET).

In 2019, she joined the Marins Bertoldi Advogados team in the tax litigation department, where she is responsible for preparing defenses and appeals in judicial and administrative proceedings.
