Experience
Isabel Calvario began her professional journey as an intern in the Family Court at the Court of Justice of Paraná. During her academic training, Isabel completed internships in Legal Controllership, Tax Law, and Corporate Law.
Since August 2019, Isabel has been part of the Corporate Law team at Marins Bertoldi Advogados, where she has risen to the position of trainee. She focuses on advisory work in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) operations, projects related to Asset and Succession Planning, Corporate Reorganizations, and the drafting of Corporate Acts and Business Contracts.
For the past two years, she has been dedicated to studying Alternative Dispute Resolution methods, especially mediation.
Isabel has been the Secretary of the Institute for Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions (IDEFA) since its inception.
