Viviane de Carvalho Lima has been working in Corporate Tax Law since the beginning of her career in law. She initially joined the Tax Litigation team of a mid-sized law firm in Curitiba, and later moved on to develop activities related to Tax Advisory, focusing on tax planning and tax credit recovery. During this time, she also handled team coordination and people management.

After six years, seeking to broaden her professional experiences, she transitioned to the tax litigation department of a large law firm in Curitiba. There, she had the opportunity to solidify her knowledge, focusing on developing procedural strategies related to managing cases and discussing tax law theories.

In early 2020, Viviane joined the Tax Litigation team at Marins Bertoldi, where she is responsible for managing administrative and judicial processes and appeals. Since then, she has increasingly immersed herself in a cutting-edge legal environment where modern tax solutions are continually developed and refined to best serve companies, continuously improving her expertise.
